Ok so what I wrote last was not completely correct. There is reason to believe that science has increased our ability to hurt each other in larger and more destructive ways. BUT, and a large one at that, you can not forget what science has done for us! Just today, a clinical trial has been approved for stem cell injection into patients with moderate spinal damage. They only hope to prove that it is safe in this first trial, but can you imagine the possibilities if this is successful?
